Deep Time is free to use. Deep Time Pro is an optional one-time purchase — not a subscription.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Pro unlocks permanently for your Apple ID; you can restore it anytime at no extra cost.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Deep Time app (“the app”) provided by G-Tech Lab (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and the App Store Terms of Service; where those and these Terms conflict on payments, Apple’s terms control.

1. The Service

Deep Time is a focus app centered on deep-work sessions (mission setup, lock-screen display, app-blocking Shield, records, and statistics). Core features are free. Certain advanced features are offered through a paid unlock, Deep Time Pro.

2. Deep Time Pro — One-Time Purchase

Deep Time Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal.
A single purchase unlocks Pro permanently for your Apple ID.
Pro currently unlocks: scheduled deep works & reminders, all-time statistics and insights, and full history (beyond the free recent window). The specific set of Pro features may change over time; already-purchased access will not be revoked.

3. Payments

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.
The price is the amount shown in the App Store at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes as determined by Apple.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled solely by Apple under the App Store’s policies. We cannot grant or process refunds directly.
To request a refund, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” (reportaproblem.apple.com) or your App Store purchase history.
